manimal onirisThe Nantes-Atlantic National College of Veterinary Medicine, Food Science and Engineering is a public higher education research institution of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forests. With Dominique Buzoni-Gatel as Director of Oniris, one of the founders of the MAN-IMAL programme, the establishment contributes to the training of French veterinarians (close to 550 students in initial training), and food-processing engineers and technicians (close to 300 students in initial training). All research is supported by 12 research units and multiple collaborations with INRA (The French National Institute For Agricultural Research), CNRS (National Center for Scientific Research), INSERM (French National Institute of Health and Medical Research), and The University of Nantes.
