The construction of MAN-IMAL’s lesson planning integrates the needs of the professional world. Businesses, research centers, international and governmental organisations may participate in the training of future professionals through various ways.
Propose an in-house subject, or problem, to be studied by the Master’s students in their applied tutored project.
The applied tutor project is a pedagogical assignment (100 hours) whereby a pluri-disciplinary group of 2 to 3 students work together on a specific problem, or question, relative to a MAN-IMAL theme that has been proposed by a company or organisation. During this project, the students will contact, visit and get to know the partnering company, or organisation, in order to complete the applied tutor project. A maximum of 4 to 5 days are allowed for completion. The remaining course work dedicated to this project will be completed at their educational institution over the course of their training.
Offer an internship
Internships are a core component of our Master’s degree programme. The second semester is dedicated exclusively to the completion of this assignment via the full-time immersion in a company, institution, or laboratory.
Students are required to define the purpose, and methodological approach, of their internship in tandem with the Internship Supervisor at the host company and the MAN-IMAL Pedagogical Director. Internships should begin in April and last 5 to 6 months.
