MAN-IMAL 2nd-year Master's Degree : ''From Animal to Man: Analysing and Managing Health and Food Risks''

Welcome to the 2nd-year MAN-IMAL Master's Degree online application form.
Please fill in all the requested information and check carefully that all your information is up to date and correct.

Please note that in order to be eligible for the 2nd-year MAN-IMAL Master's degree, candidates must:

  • have completed at least one year of post-graduate studies in pharmaceutical or biological sciences, medical or veterinary studies, food process engineering or agriculture.
  • provide proof of English language proficiency (upper intermediate level) and of basic French language skills (beginner - elementary).

You will also need to upload official certificates before submitting your application. So please make sure you gather and scan all the required documents before completing this application:

  • Photocopy of valid ID (National Identity Card or Passport)
  • Certified copy and certified translation into French or English of all University diplomas completed, (specify the averages and ranks, if possible). For those who are currently completing a Master's degree, please attach a Certificate of Enrollment declaring that you are indeed enrolled in a Master's program and that you are in good standing at the institution. Please provide only one .zip file for all these documents.
  • Certified copy and certified translation into French or English of all transcripts of records for all completed higher education degrees. The transcripts of records should ideally mention the course credits and corresponding hourly volume. For the applicants currently in studies, please provide the transcripts of the first semester. Please provide only one .zip file for all these documents.
  • 2 letters of recommendation: one from a Professor/Programme Director AND one from your last employer/Internship Supervisor etc. The recommendation letters should be sent directly by the person making the recommendation via email to: This email address is being protected from spambots.   • Detailed Curriculum Vitae in English (maximum 2 pages)
  • Cover letter written in English (please describe the reasons for which you are applying, your personal motivations, career goals, etc)
  • English and French Language Certificates (can be sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. at a later date and by 15th June 2016 at the latest)
  • For applicants having only completed a Bachelor’s degree and with at least 36 months of professional activity: copy of the employment contract and official work certificate(s)/recommendation letter from the employer(s) mentioning starting date/end date and tasks undertaken

Online application deadline:

6th JUNE 2016 (9:00 GMT+1) for both the general application and financial aid application. All application files must be complete before submission.

Notification of acceptance, waiting list or refusal sent to all students who applied before 6th June 2016: 4th to 8th JULY 2016.
