2015 University Meets Business event

The MAN-IMAL programme fitted nicely within the "Innovative trainings, new skills, great successes" part of the "University Meets Business” fair (Rencontres Universités-Entreprises - RUE)" organised in Paris on 19th and 20th March 2015. In fact, not only is the programme pioneering in terms of its fundamental concept: "One world, one health", but it also aims to train students in a global transdisciplinary approach and to prepare them to new qualified jobs that have yet to be invented. The programme also offers new /teaching methods using IT tools.

MAN-IMAL was introduced jointly with another IDEFI* programme (REMIS) through a presentation entitled "Innovation in education to meet today’s and tomorrow’s business realities”, which perfectly illustrated the idea of the programme.

This presentation showed the complementarity of the various IDEFI projects, their common will to develop an IDEFI network based on academic/professional links and on innovative teaching methods, such as e-learning sessions.

This meeting offered the opportunity to discuss the IDEFI programmes, their achievements and to develop the IDEFI network by considering new associations.
